I use a blend of CBT, ACT, humanistic, and emotionally focused approaches to help you uncover what’s getting in the way of peace and fulfillment. I also integrate mindfulness to help you stay present and connected to what truly matters. My style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and practical—I meet you where you are, without judgment or pretense.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with clients across all stages of life, supporting them through anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions.
As a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, I bring calm presence and intention to every session. My background outside of therapy has shaped my ability to connect deeply with people from all walks of life.
In my free time, I enjoy mindfulness practice, creative projects, and spending time with loved ones.
